HOW IT WORKS

Simply select items that you want to sell either by using the site search engine or by browsing the Buy Back categories set up on our secure server. Tip: If using the search feature, include the term "buy back" in the search to only bring up the buy back items in the catalog.

After you select an item that you wish to sell, the product screen will display along with our buy back prices. A "Store Credit" price and a "cash" price will display.

Store Credit is good towards the purchase of any product in our catalog, either at the time you place the buy back order or at a later date. If you have a credit balance you will be issued a unique coupon code that can be used at any time.

"Cash" buy backs are paid by your choice of either PayPal or company check, your choice. Payments are usually made within 48 hours after receipt of merchandise.In case of any delays (usually due to testing items), you will be notified by email.

Select the option you want (Store Credit or Cash) and add the item to your shopping basket. A negative amount will be assigned to the item, which will automatically deduct from you total if you are purchasing items at the same time.

Note: During checkout, if there is a credit balance (a negative dollar amount), you must select "check" as the payment method. The check number is not important, but required. If you selected Store Credit for your items and have a credit balance, your coupon code will be emailed after receipt and inspection of the merchandise. If you selected Cash for your items, please include either your email address for PayPal payment or your mailing address for check payment along with the items.

If the total cost of the items you are purchasing is more than the balance of the items you are selling, you may cover the remaining balance using any payment method that we accept.

Shipping costs to us are your responsibility. For cost effectiveness, Media Mail or First Class are fine, though we suggest spending the extra 45 cents for delivery confirmation. It will at least give you an idea of when we receive your merchandise. Priority Mail is fastest, but it starts at $3.85 for the first pound. Free delivery confirmation is available for Priority Mail shipments if you print your shipping label on the USPS web site.

We expect packages to arrive within 10 days of the order being placed. Any package received after 10 days will be subject to recalculating or return.

CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse a buy back at any time for any reason.

We will not accept any order with more than three of any one item unless we are contacted prior to shipping.

Items are expected to be in excellent or better condition. If you are unsure if the condition of an item would be acceptable, it probably isn't but you should email us first.

While we attempt to keep the data files up to date, there are over 10,000 items currently listed and we are aware that a number of games are not in our files. If you want a price on something and can't find it in our catalog, please email us.
